Attempting to use the PL/SQL package DBMS_XMLSAVE, the following error is returned:

ORA-29540: class oracle/xml/sql/dml/OracleXMLStaticSave does not exist.

(Note. Although there duplicate notes for this error, they are on different versions of the database and so need to be treated separately.)
