Symptoms

Executing a script to refresh/build a materialized view the instance terminated after:

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kgldafr], [0xC000000257DC22E8], [], [], [], [], [],

or

ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [$cold_kgllkdl()+1025] [SIGSEGV]
                     [ADDR:0x4010000000000B0] [PC:0x4000000004702EA1] [Address not mapped to
                     object] []
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [kghalo()+640] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0x3B]
                      [PC:0x4000000003F180C0] [Invalid permissions for mapped object] []
