TNS-01150 and NL-00305 starting listener (Doc ID 91559.1)

The Oracle listener is failing to start using the Lsnrctl utility.
The LSNRCTL start command yields the following errors:

TNS-01150 The address of the specified listener name is incorrect

NL-00305 specified path name does not exist

No changes are necessary.
