ORA-600 [kokaocr] when Compiling Objects or when describing table KOTTD$:
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kokaocr] , , , 
Trace Files contain the current cursor with:
select /*+ FULL(p) */ value(p) from "SYS"."KOTTD$" as of snapshot(:2) p where SYS_NC_OID$ = :1
The error is known to commonly be produced after an incomplete upgrade.
