Symptoms
1) Installed the 11gR2 Grid Infrastructure on N# nodes RAC cluster.
2) Installed RDBMS 11gR2.
3) Installed RDBMS 10.2. (or 10.1 or 11.1) as well.
4) Databases can be created thru the DBCA using 11gR2 (RDBMS) release.
5) But thru the RDBMS 10.2 (or 10.1 or 11.1) , DBCA is reporting the next error:
