ORA-7445 [qollod()] Error Reported Repeatedly Every 10 Minutes (Doc ID 949228.1)

1.  The following errors are reported in the alert.log:

Mon Oct 5 13:38:40 2009
Errors in file /oracle/admin/FINPDEV/udump/finpdev_ora_3719.trc:
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [qollod()+88] [SIGSEGV] [Address not mapped to object][0x000000008] [] []

2.  There may be a current SQL command reported in the trace file, e.g.:

ksedmp: internal or fatal error
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [qollod()+88] [SIGSEGV] [Address not mapped to object] [0x000000008] [] []
Current SQL statement for this session:
begin dbms_rule_adm.add_rule(:1,:2,:3,:4); end;

3.  The call stack will resemble:
