OCA Configuration Assistant Fails on OEL 5 and RHEL 5 (Doc ID 951074.1)

 During Oracle Application Server install with Oracle Certificate Authority (OCA) selected on Oracle/RedHat Enterprise Linux version 5.x, installation fails at 'Oracle Application Server Certificate Authority Configuration Assistant'.

installActions<date_time_stamp>.log shows the following error:

Launched configuration assistant 'Oracle Application Server Certificate Authority Configuration
Tool type is: Recommended.
The command being spawned is: '<ORACLE_HOME_PATH>/oca/bin/cminst
053ee84f036e8e643d7891dcdc586be5bfcb3328e40aeeef26 '

Start output from spawned process:
<ORACLE_HOME_PATH>/perl/bin/perl: error while loading shared libraries: cannot
open shared object file: No such file or directory

End output from spawned process.
