ORA-600 [psdmsc.c: spawned type invalid] For System Generated Type In Schema Containing Special Characters (Doc ID 951353.1)

Symptoms

If a user A created a table function referencing a type owned by a schema which contained special characters (i.e., 'AB.CD'), table function creation would fail with an ORA-600 [psdmsc.c: spawned type invalid].
