Symptoms
High CPU usage detected on load after the database was upgraded.
This symptom can be seen for example running jobs, with shared servers processes, or with some other heavy database workload.
There are several CPUs on the server. They are not uniformly loaded, some CPUs are very busy while other CPUs are almost idle.
Changes
The database has been upgraded from RDBMS version < 10g R2.
NUMA (Non Uniform Memory Architecture) has been enabled.
