Communication Issues ORA-16525 and ORA-12545 After Succesful STANDBY Creation by EM (Doc ID 964252.1)

On : version, Oracle Data Guard with Broker.

Data guard configuration is created successfully using enterprise manager (Grid Control) but when attempting to check the health of the configuration using show configuration it fails. The following error occurs:

DMON logs shows ORA-12545 error.

TNSping and remote SQLPLUS connections work as expected.

Though the logs are shipping and applied fine cannot verify the health of the data guard configuration via grid or DGMGRL.
