Symptoms
This problem was observed on a 11.1.0.7 database on a Solaris SPARC 64-bit server.
The only visible symptoms are ORA-7445 errors, resulting in instance crash.

This error is not likely to be repeating, so when the instance restarts, there is not likely to be a recurrence.
You are likely to see this problem if you are using Materialized views and QUERY_REWRITE is TRUE.
