Symptoms

Receiving the following internal error in the alert log, yet nothing is failing anywhere.
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [dbkc_init_bs_ctx-10], [48140], [], [], [], []
The other item that stands out is that the alert log is no longer being written to.
