Symptoms
From the logical standby alert log:
ORA-12801: error signaled in parallel query server P004
ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-04030: out of process memory when trying to allocate 8512 bytes (pga heap,kgh stack)
LOGSTDBY Analyzer process P003 pid=30 OS id=9449 stopped
The log apply for long transaction fails with ora-4030 error.
The heapdump from 4030 trace file shows high allocation under "knas:shtrans":
