RECORD UPDATED ON THE MOBILE SERVER DB ARE NOT SYNCHRONIZED TO THE MOBILE USERS. (Doc ID 972907.1)

Symptoms

On :10.3.0.2.0 version + one-off patch 9079839,

When connectiong to the Main Database (Oracle RDBMS) and executing some data modification for table linked with Autmatic Publication Items

  When Automatic sync (olsyncagent.exe) Synchronize, the Data modified are not synchronized on the Mobile Clients even if they were COMPOSED by the MGP

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Have the data synchronized on the mobile clients

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. UPDATE/INSERT/DELETE Data
commit;

2. MGP COMPOSE The DATA

3. olsyncagent.exe Synchronize all the mobile clients.

4. On the moible client: the rows modified were not updated

5. run msync.exe and the data are synchronized correctly
