ORA-01186 and ORA-01157 errors when accessing datafiles (Doc ID 977569.1)

Symptoms

After rebooting the cluster, one node could not see one of the diskgroups and all query aganist the tables or datafiles on the diskgroup have got the following errors:

ORA-01186: file 327 failed verification tests
ORA-01157: cannot identify/lock data file 327 - see DBWR trace file
ORA-01110: data file 327: '+DATA_GRP3/ldwprd/datafile/loan_big_index09.dbf'
File 327 not verified due to error ORA-01157

The diskgroup is mounted on the problem node and all other nodes, and the datafile access on all other nodes was fine.
