ORA-07445 memcmp, qctomember signalled from query during compile type check

ORA-7445 [_intel_fast_memcmp] signalled in alert.log and trace files for specific query.

Call stack would contain : qctomember,  qctcopn   qctclog  ....like operand type check function.

CANNOT be workaround by : setting  "_optimizer_cost_based_transformation"=false and "_complex_view_merging"=false with shared_pool flushed.
