When you do a full import of a database, it can finish while leaving some of the imported objects (views, triggers, stored programs) in an INVALID state. When you try to compile them by hand, it will fail with one of the following errors:
- When referencing a stored PL/SQL program:
PLS-00904: insufficient privilege to access object SYS.<object name>
- When referencing dictionary table or views:
ORA-00942: table or view does not exist
