This is on an HP Oracle Exadata
Process CELLSRV on different cells reported error ORA-600 [SendPort::SendPort_1]
Failure of CELLSRV because it was not responding. RS-7445 CELLSRV is hung
On the database side, database instances were failing with different errors, including ipc send timeout
It was not possible to manage the CRS resources using srvctl. It was not responding
