Symptoms
Numerous ORA-7445 errors are being generated on system followed by an ORA-4030 error. The failing functions will vary, but these are typical ones you will see.
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [kdiins0()+24] [SIGSEGV] [Address not mapped to object] [0xFFFFFFFF7FFE57C0]
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [kauxsin()+232] [SIGSEGV] [Address not mapped to object] [0xFFFFFFFF7FFEA4D8]
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [kslfre()+260] [SIGSEGV] [Address not mapped to object] [0xFFFFFFFF7FFE2000]
ORA-04030: out of process memory when trying to allocate 8389144 bytes (pga heap,redo read buffer)
