DROP USER FAILS WITH ORA-01418 (Doc ID 987468.1)

Symptoms

You cannot drop a user and gets following error:
The drop user command fails with ORA-01418, index does not exists.

After investigating, it seems that the dictionnary is corrupted: there are
values in obj$ with type 1 that do not exists in ind$

The output of the healthcheck script gives the following result:

HCheck Version 8i-11/1.51

Problem: OBJ$ INDEX entry has no IND$ entry
INDEX has no IND$ entry: Obj=75591 <SCHEMA>.<OBJECT>
INDEX has no IND$ entry: Obj=75585 <SCHEMA>.<OBJECT>
INDEX has no IND$ entry: Obj=75590 <SCHEMA>.<OBJECT>
INDEX has no IND$ entry: Obj=75584 <SCHEMA>.<OBJECT>
INDEX has no IND$ entry: Obj=75599 <SCHEMA>.<OBJECT>
