Trace File With ORA-00942 in XDB.FUNCSTATS.ODCISTATSDELETE Function when Upgrading XML DB Component to 11.1.0.7 (Doc ID 987606.1)

Symptoms

While upgrading from 10.2.0.2 to 11.1.0.7, found the following error the alert.log file:
