Purpose

Oracle Rdb uses detached server processes to perform Database Recovery functions. The purpose of this article is to explain how to enable logging features for DBR detached processes for the purpose of aiding in troubleshooting and analysis. This logging feature was introduced in Oracle Rdb V7.0.
