FORM: FNDFFMSV.FMB - Define Flexfield Values


Symptoms

You are trying to alter a Flexfield Value, using the Flex Field Values form and receive the following error:

FRM-40654: Record has been updated by another user. Re-query block to see change.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Log into general ledger

2. Navigate to Setup-Financials-Flexfields-Key-Values

3. Query the Segment Value under Accounting flexfield and Alter
