Purpose
This note is intended as a guide on how to detect the cause of a failure of the hr_legislation.install process that is run whenever payroll legislative seeded data is delivered (typically on an annual basis as part of Tax Year End software delivery) via the 'hrglobal' driver
Scope
Intended for Support Analysts dealing with issues relating to failure of the hr_legislation.install step within the running of the hrglobal.drv as part of the legislative update process
Commonly the log file will not give sufficient information to directly to determine the cause of the problem
This note is based on the assumption that issues are reported with 11.5 and above.
This note is not intended for external publication as it gives information relating to debugging of the legislation update process which should only be undertaken after consultation with support services
