Period Names are Different In FA and GL (Doc ID 1015195.102)

Symptoms

You are in Oracle Assets and your FA calendar periods have different names than the GL periods.

This causes an error when trying to post an FA batch:

APP-08081 The period for this journal has not been defined

Menu path: Journal Entries : Standard

This will pop the form to submit the concurrent request Create Journal Entries.  Complete the book and period.  Submit.
