Symptoms

Users have successfully logged in to Oracle Self-Service Web Applications (OSSWA) and see the responsibilities page. At the top right corner of the page, there are two buttons displayed: Exit and Help. When users click on the Exit button they are not able to get back to the OSSWA sign-on page. The system may time out by redirecting the user to the wrong page or by displaying an invalid URL such as:

http://host.domain:port/IC_SOURCE/us/icxindex.htm.
