FSG: Error RG_ALL_NO_PERIOD Received When Running Report (Doc ID 1018951.102)

Symptoms

You have just run the Financial Statement Generator (FSG) in the following manner:

Responsibility = General Ledger Super User GUI
GUI Navigation = Reports/Request/Financial
GUI Form Name = RGXGRRST (Run Financial Reports)

You enter the report name and the period for the previous year, for which you want to run the report. However the report completes with an error. The only message points to a problem in:

RG_ALL_NO_PERIOD

This happens for all FSG's run for the previous year while there is no problem with these reports if they are run for the current year.

The following information may be presented:

- There is no period which matches your period pf interest combined with your period offset
- Symptom: rgrsap.rgrsxp No period with offset of -12 satisfying standard query
