After create a new customer, it is not possible to create a repair order if the "Add to IB" option is selected.. If the "Save as Is" option is chosen, then repair order is created. For an old customer, the repair orders are getting created with no issue.
The expectation is to be able to create a repair order for external customer and to add an item to the Install Base (IB).
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new customer of external account type.
2. Create Repair Order --> select a repair type
3. Click Save --> Window Pops up " Add to IB" --> click yes
Nothing happens - no Repair Order (RO) number is getting generated; no logistics lines are created.
