Symptoms

The AGIS Intercompany Data extraction program does not show the correct figures for intercompany (IC) payables. There is no IC payables net balance on GL, even though account inquiry for the same account shows that there is a balance. When drilldown into the report, there are no transactions shown for the account in question.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:
Expect that the report balance should be the same as the results from the account inquiry.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. AGIS: Reports: intercompany data extract program
2. GL: Inquiry: Account
