Symptoms

When attempting to upgrade 10giAS 10.1.3.4.0 to 10giAS 10.1.3.5.0 via <patch 8626084> PLACEHOLDER BUG TO UPLOAD AS 10.1.3.5 PATCH-SET ON ARU,
the following error occurs.
