Enhanced Retropay Does Not Pick Up Changes In Contacts For Retro Calculation

Find that when an employee's record is updated with new contact details - these changes are not being picked up and reported in the RetroPay processing.
Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Add new contact details to an employee.
- Run the retropay processes.
- Check the results.
