Symptoms

On : 11.5.10.2 version, Material Move Orders

When attempting to allocate and transact sales order move order the following error/s result:

ERROR:

Unexpected Error: Error in Routine WSH_USA_INV_PVT.Update_Inventory_Info,
ORA-20001: APP-JA-460706: Exception Occurred in  Object =ja_in_wsh_dlry_au_rel_stat_trg.
ORA-20401: Matched Quantity -- 0 should be equal to Shipped Quantity

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Create a sales order for serial controlled at item. (Serial control will be 'Pre-defined')
2) Book the order
3) Run 'Release Sales Order'. Line status will change to 'Released to Warehouse'. Pick wave move order will be created.
4) GO to inventory responsibility.
5) Query the move order, allocate serial numbers to move order and click on 'Transact Move Order'
6) Error Appears
