Symptoms

After installing patch 8470264, when attempting to setup a PocketPC it  gives this error after running fieldservice.exe :

ERROR

SQLEXEDIRECT:NATIVE=_5205 message =[pol 5205]column Free_form_instance not found

 
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install a new PPC with the fieldservice executable
2. Attempt to run the application
