On OTM Version 6.0, Find that when setting the SKIP INITIAL SCREEN to TRUE in the EDIT QUANTITIES Shipment Action, it is skipping the initial screen, but unable to edit ship quantities.
-- Expected Behaviour
Expect that when setting the SKIP INITIAL SCREEN to TRUE, it will skip the initial screen, but also allow one to edit the ship quantities.
-- Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
1. Set SKIP INITIAL SCREEN set to True
2. Navigate to Shipment Management >Shipment Management > Buy Shipments
3. Click Search
4. Select on a shipment (anyone will work) then select Actions > Shipment Management > Utilities > Edit Quantities
