Service: Tabs Fail to Display on the Service Request and Tab Form (Doc ID 1053410.1)

Symptoms


When opening Service Request Form from Universal Work Queue (UWQ), it opens the service request form displaying the Task list, but the service request tabs do not appear above the Task list.

The Service Request form tabs are missing .

Steps to Reproduce
----------------------------
1. SERVICE responsibility
2. Select Universal Work Queue.
3. Select Task/SR and click on it. It opens the Service Request Form but the tabs are missing.
Can't change to the different tab

When Service Request is opened from the service request menu the tabs are displayed but when opened from the Universal Work Qqueue menu the tabs are missing from the form.

Expected Behavior
---------------------------
When opening the Service Request form the Service request tabs should be present.
