Installing MFS On Traditional Chinese Client Errors: olil950.dll Is Not Loaded (Doc ID 1053465.1)

Symptoms


When attempting to install the MFS web client using MFS and Olite 10.3.0.2, on a host running traditional Chinese, the web client fails to start.  An error occurs stating the file olil950.dll missing. When the host is English the error does not occur.

Error:
olil950.dll is not loaded! The error code is : 126
