Debrief Install Subinventory Is Not Restricted By Profile "CSM: Restrict Debrief to Default Subinventory"

Symptoms
On the MFS Debrief form (Material-Install line) the subinventory LOV values are not restricted based on the profile option "CSM: Restrict Debrief to Default Subinventory" settings.
It is expected that when the profile option 'CSM: Restrict Debrief to Default Subinventory' value is set to Yes, the subinventory LOV should only show one subinventory which is marked as default for that resource/technician.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set the profile 'CSM: Restrict Debrief to Default Subinventory ' value to Yes at User level.
2. Run JTM Master concurrent program with LOOKUP parameter.
3. Perform a sync on the MFS laptop client for the user.
4. Navigate to the Task debrief page and click on the subinventory LOV on a Material--Install line.
