Error: Stale Data Shown When Entering Customer Account Site Business Purpose Tax (Doc ID 1053856.1)

When attempting to to add new row in Customer Tax Profile (this one accessed via Receivables Customer Standard)  in section "Customer Account Site Business Purpose Tax Details", the following error occurs:

Error: Stale Data
The requested page contains stale data. This error could have been caused through the use of the browser's navigation buttons (the browser Back button, for example).

Steps To Reproduce:
Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Customers -> Standard

  1. Browse for customer and open it's account's details.
  2. Go onto it's site.
  3. Click Tax Profile
  4. On the bottom -> in section"Customer Account Site Business Purpose Tax Details" click add new row
  5. Error is raised
