Receipts Workbench Issue: Automatic Receipts Are Not Picked Up By Create Accounting And Appear on The Unposted Items Report - Event_ID Not Being Stamped On All Receipt Rows (Doc ID 1054379.1)

When closing your period, you find that Automatic Receipt Applications are listed on the Unposted Items Report and they are not picked up by Create Accounting.
The Subledger Period Close Exception Report does not show any unprocessed event.

The receipt applications in ar_receivables_applications_all have event_id = NULL.

This could happen if the receipt gl date is prior to the invoice application gl date.

When the user uses the Profile Option: AR: Application GL Date Default = Latest of Current, Receipt and Invoice date, the application GL Date is different than the CR GL Date.  Then, the event engine will create an event only for CRH.
