You have defined in Cash Management (CE) Bank Accounts with same number but with different currency as CE allows as per following:
The uniqueness of bank account numbers is checked using the four parameters
1). Bank Branch,
2). Bank Account Name,
3). Account Number and
4). Bank Account currency
However, when you try to define in Counter Party Profile Second Settlement Bank account as same number but with different currency as per CE, this Errors as: APP-FND-1206
