Patch 6678700 Worker Fails On Applying MSDODPCODE.sql With ORA-33292 Insufficient Permissions To Access Analytic Workspace APPS.ODPCODE; ORA-33262: Analytic workspace ODPCODE does not exist.

When attempting to apply the R12.1.1 upgrade driver, patch 6678700 is failing with following errors :
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-33292: Insufficient permissions to access analytic workspace APPS.ODPCODE
using the specified access mode.

Another similar error that can be encountered for the same reasons is the failure of the script fpamain.sql with the following error:
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-33290: Analytic workspace FPA.FPAPJP cannot be attached in the mode you
requested because another user has it attached in an incompatible mode.
