When trying to perform Miscellaneous Issue Transaction the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Inventory Responsibility -> Transactions -> Miscellaneous Transaction
2. Perform Miscellaneous Transaction and the following error occurs:
Item Attribute SERIAL_CONTROL_CODE has been changed, please clear this transaction and re-enter the details.
