Symptoms

When attempting to define organization setups, the following error occurs:

APP-FND-00738: Error detected when attempting to load value set on Context: Organization Name Alias for Segment: Reporting Name in Routine: SETUP_DESCR_VSETS

APP-FND-00706: Routine FDFAVS3: : Detected a data error.

APP-FND-00706: Routine FDFATS3_TBL: : Detected a data error.

APP-FND-00770: Program error: Invalid arguments to the flexfield routines. Please inform your support representative that:

Flexfield cannot interpret combination QuickPick column clause. The flexfield user exit #FND POPID has been called incorrectly.

Make sure the COLUMN= parameter is correct. Make sure the display width is specified properly with no spaces, and with both open and close parentheses. (COLUMN=ppf.employee_number "Employee Number"(15),
ppf.npw_number "Contingent Worker Number"(15),
o.name "Business Group"(40),
ppf.email_address "Email Address"(20),
org1.name "Organization Name"(40),

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Query organization; highlight classification.  (The specific classification does not matter.)
2. Click on the Others button.
3. Observe the error.
