Service Contract Billing Schedule Stream Level Dates Generated Incorrectly

In a service contract billing schedule, the Stream Level dates are not calculated as expected. 

For example when entering a Stream Level record for a duration of 1 Year, the Stream Level Start Date (3-NOV-2009) and End Date (30-NOV-2010) are not 1 Year apart.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. (R) Service Contracts
  2. Set the Global Contracts Defaults Pricing/Billing fields to these values: 
    • Period Type: Actual 
    • Period Start: Calendar Month 
    • Pricing UOM: Month 
  3. Create a contract with one year effectivity and go to the Billing Schedule
  4. Remove the defaulted values in the billing schedule,and enter:
    • Number of periods and duration : 1 
    • Period: Year. 
    • The end date in the stream is incorrect
