How Does Sales Order Form Get the Value For Unit Cost ? (Doc ID 1057039.1)

Goal

When a Sales Order Line is created, the Item Cost appears in 2 decimals.
Due to this the Margin appears in 2 decimals too.
Customer expects 5 decimals - as per the Extended Currency Precision setting.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
1. Create a Sales Order Header
2. In the Line Items tab, add an Item.
3. From the Folder tools, choose Unit Cost field to appear.
4. It shows that the Unit Cost appears with 2 Decimals.
In inventory, the same item appears with 5 decimals.
