LCM Receipts Are Stuck in PENDING Status on Transaction Status Summary Form

On R12.1, find LCM transactions intermittently do not process and remain in rcv_transactions_interface with Status LC_PENDING. The unprocessed transactions are listed on Transaction Status Summary form with PENDING status. The records are stuck in rcv_transactions_interface with the following values:


Subsequent runs of Landed Cost Integration Manager concurrent program do not select the records.
