P11D Upload Taxable Benefits / P6 Upload : Error 'Invalid Operation' (Doc ID 1058902.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to load the P11D file using 'P11D Upload Taxable Benefits', the following error occurs.  The same error can occur with the P6 Upload process.


Reading Taxable Benefits File (E:\EDI -> P11D_EXTRACT_CAR.934992) - Invalid Operation.

 

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Submit 'P11D Upload Taxable Benefits'
