Symptoms
When attempting to recompile all wsh forms using adadmin
the following error occurs in the adworker log. This error is related
to the failure to generate forms runtime file WSHFSPAR.fmx.

Compilation error on package specification SHIPPING_PARAMETERS:
PL/SQL ERROR 707 at line 1, column 1
unsupported construct or internal error [1803]

1. Run adadmin to recompile wsh forms
