Symptoms
On : 12.0.6 version, Budgets and related objects
When attempting to create budget template using the budget wizard fill in the Organization name A, the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Create a budget Organization in General Ledger and assign code combination ranges.
2.Create a budget template through budget wizard entering the new organization.
The following error is received:
Organization - Select a valid value.
