The LoV In The Material Debrief Item Field Shows No Values (Doc ID 1059625.1)

Symptoms

When using the Field Service applications, and attempting to perform a 'Material Debrief' the List of Values (LoV) on the Item field displays no values despite there being stock available in that sub-inventory.

The expectation is that (irrespective of there being a positive stock level) the Item LoV should display the items which are in the selected sub-inventory, and have been used in the completion of the task, and thereby be able to complete the Debrief.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to the Debrief form, Materials tab,
2. Enter the Service Activity Code (SAC), and sub-inventory,
3. Navigate to the Inventory field,
4. Press the LoV, and the error message 'No entries found for List of Values' is displayed.

As a result  users cannot complete the Material debrief.
